22Hicks, between you and Natalka, my apologies for complaining about the heat...WHAT was I thinking??!!!
It was probably a matter of not being prepared for the sudden heat-wave we received: no canopy in place on the gazebo, and no central air turned on for the summer in place (is it just a matter of taking the cover off the thing outside?)...today I'm paying for that complaint: +2 this morning, up to 9 this afternoon, but probably a drizzle in there somewhere. What a beautiful day it is. I'm starting week 2 of treatment. That means today I can ptretty much eat normally. Tomorrow will be a different story though.

Same with our tuxedo cat, Vader - and her black back gets SO hot. Blondie Taffy doesn't bother much with the sun. Mind you, for both of them, it's bathing in the rays in the kitchen, not outside!Quote:
