Phew..I am glad you where able to cancel before ...Mine and maybe all charge fees if we not call 48 hours in advance..and that is why I got the cancellation of another person...way me...it paid to call early in the morning to have better choices.

Mine is 24 hours notice or you're charged. I usually call way before that though (called monday am for Thursday at 9am appt because I knew DS was too sick for me to leave him, had a bad infection).

we had a pretty busy day... had to go to walmart and do groceries. i only get to walmart maybe 1x a month cause its about a 20min drive for us.

This year for my birthday I got a lovely case of strep throat. Missed a whole week of work. SIGH. I need a new fairy godmother! LOL.

Good Morning folks, how is everyone today. I had such a bad sore neck yesterday that I didn't make it to the gym I'm heading out the door shortly though, I better work twice as hard as I've had 3 days off I hate that, I get so stiff! It was a scorcher here yesterday. It was suppose to be 82, but ended up being 91.....It was extremely hot in the rv as I wasn't expecting it so we had just opened the windows in the morning instead of turning on the air. Today, when we leave for the gym, the air is going on...it's going to be in the mid 90's

I admire you for going to the gym on a regular basis... I always say I'm going to and then I never do. It would help if I had someone to go with but my friends suck LOL. I know I could go by myself but I HATE doing anything alone... I always feel like such a loser LOL!

Yes, it's always easier for some reason if someone goes with you. My dh and I don't work out together, with the exception of our cardio first thing when we get to the gym. We do either the treadmill, the stair stepper or the bikes, but he does 1 mile and I do 2 and a half. Dh has really bad legs, they cramp up so 15 minutes is about all he can take. Even though we don't work out together, just having someone to go with seems to make it easier. When I first started going back, I used to go with a dd after she was done work, then it was too hard on her (with other family commitments) so she stopped oing. I found myself making more and more excused why I couldn't go that day. So this time around, I go, even if it's by myself. If I miss a day or four, whether it be to illness or another commitment....I get right back on that game. I have to. It's not only for my own good, it enables me to live a somewhat normal life without being hopped up on twice as many pain meds.
