great start to my day...walk in the door of the office and some one hands me a plate of bacon, eggs, sausage, toast, and home fries...awesome...FREE BREAKFAST!

I hear you LTUC, sometimes the short weeks seem even longer. But Friday is finally here!!

I bit the bullet and started a VWT, I haven't done one in a long time... hope it's not a flop LOL

better start here. everyone off. one sleeping. and will be doing groceries today. it kinda nice. sun is shining. no snow. and.. now were looking at hubby changing his shift again.. to a better one. crossing my fingers he's allowed.

Hope he can get one that makes it better for him and you - right after we got married, my husband and I worked overlapping times for two years, and we just had to make do.... he worked from 6 or 7 a.m. to 4 or 5 p.m. and I worked from 3 p.m. to 9:30 p.m., except Fridays when I worked the day.

I hope so too Natalka. he's not 25 anymore at nearly 50 its taking a toll on him.. not too mention the things we need to conquer that are HIS projects before his family comes this summer. like if he stayed on this we'd have less than a month to get done what were going to need at least 3 months to do.

I'm just resting a bit before picking up the kids. It's been a busy day and I feel like crap. Woke at 4am with a headache and it won't go away. Plus now my one foot is aching and I have no idea why. Feels like a burn almost. Weird.

I did manage to get the Thomas Train Table today for $40. It's well loved but I'm going to give it a new paint job and it'll be good as new! Now to find decently priced trains...

Lola, I hope you're feeling much better today. Headaches can be the worst. Congrats on the train table, just keep it in a well ventilated area when you paint it, you don't want another headache!

I talked to DH and I'm just going to leave it downstairs until he gets home. We talked about maybe putting green felt down instead of painting. The only wear is on the parts where it's just cardboard (under the tracks), it should be green grass but its faded.

It was such a good price I couldn't turn it down but now DH is thinking we should just buy new....
