He left Monday. He's only home for 5 days and then gone again.

I'm so happy for amazon.ca codes! Just ordered a train sandwich cutter and a train cake topper/candle holder for DS's birthday! $35 I would never have spent if not for codes.
I also got conductor hats as favors from amazon.ca! Matches perfectly with the wooden whistles I bought from another site.
The party isn't for another full month and I'm pretty much ready. lol

Morning all! Lola, isn't Amazon great? I always like to be done ahead of time too, then I don't have to worry about it!
Cabbie, nice that you get to relax for the weekend! Are you adjusting to the different hours ok?
Natalka, nice deals! I'm hoping to find some in store today
So I went to a different WM last night and they had the really thin splash pants (like windbreaker material), which would do if all else fails, but all they had was large and extra small- DS needs a small (6X)! All of the racks were full so it's not like they were picked over... weird!
Off to Bulk Barn and CT today and then I'm going to hang out with the kiddos
Soft kitty, warm kitty, little ball of fur... happy kitty, sleepy kitty, purr purr purr

I avoid the bulk barn. Way too easy for me to get carried away in there! lol. So many yummy things!
I still have a $90 GC from Christmas and every time I go in the store, I can't find any clothes I like. Meanwhile I find lots at other stores. Isn't that always the way?

I have had a dyson for about 5 years now. Once, I thought it smelled like burning rubber or something similar so I called the help line. They informed me that the Dyson (all of them) have no belts or any such type parts. They are actually very simple. There are 2 filters that you wash out 4 times a year (or whenever you want) and only 3 pieces that actually come apart. I have had different vacuums over the years, from the filter queen, the Electrolux, the rainbow, many so called "Best Ever" vacuums. The only one that after a year was still working at full capacity is the Dyson, in fact, after 5 years, it still picks up dirt like the first day I got it. They are amazing and I can promise you it will be the very last vacuum you ever purchase. An investment yes, but totally worth it.
