It's official. I just got back with the climber and a tug boat sandbox (with sand and lid). The woman was really nice. She said she kept getting emails, even after putting "Sold Pending Pickup". She said one woman just annoyed the heck out of here - emailed all night! Even started offering more and more (apparently she went to $120 for just the climber).

So happy I got them for $45!

Pleased that she kept her word for you. Over-aggrssive buyers are a real turn off to a lot of sellars.

Maybe the ladies here can help our buddy DaveP out with something...Ladies, some advice please

Personally, as I have Davep on ignore( for over 6 months now)..

I'd expect men who have teenaged sons and daughters to reply to this as well as women with sons and daughters in the same age range..the whole male perspective gets lost into the whole "Boyswillbeboys" without any comment on how damaging that attitude is both genders.

Us ladies shouldn't be expected to be the gatekeepers to men's sexuality...Any honourable man should own up to his media-driven desires vis-a-vis the ladies who are around him.

Likewise..the media-driven safe-sex-appeal of chaps like Justin Beiber towards the young ladies needs to be addresssed too...

Penguinette 2 has had a stinker of a cold over the week-end. So I kept her off school today and my mind has been warped by Dismal channel kids shows...

Food basics sucks here for buying pain meds. Go all the way there and only thing on shelf 4 packs of asprin. They are no good for gout they actually make it worse need advil or similar. Will go to the shoppers next to me..its a simply pharmacy location and closes at 8pm..

DH threw me off last night by talking to the kids on Skype (we have been doing just phone calls because of DS). We talked way longer than normal and I forgot all about bath time! Whoops! Quick bath times now before school/daycare. Lol

Good Morning peeps, yesterday I did a lot of bread and bun baking. My arms are sore today. Perhaps I overdid it a bit. I told my dd, perhaps she should call an ambulance for me...and she did, I must say, they made me feel soooooo much better

no snow here thank goodness but they've cancelled all the buslines in the area just as a precautionary for this afternoon. dd1's school doesnt have buses so it doesn't affect her.

goodness gracious - can't believe its snowing outside! DS is enjoying it - he keeps screaming "yay, its winter again!!" - he'll get to play in it tomorrow when he goes to school - no school for him today cuz buses are cancelled.

Brrrrr.... gonna have a nice hot cup of coffee.... and then get to my chores... hope you all have a wonderful day!!
