I don't regret my relationships... I wouldn't have my children otherwise so I wouldn't change it for the world. But I never felt loved OR safe. I've spent a lot of time on myself lately which is what I needed. I actually don't mind being single sometimes... I see the drama that some of my friends go through and I just don't need that in my life at this point. Besides, I can flirt with whoever I please LOL

time on myself is HIGHLY encouraged in my house. I still suck at it... but he pushes me to do stuff for myself so that i don't rely on him too much

I used to HATE being alone or doing anything alone. I actually enjoy it now because it NEVER happens LOL. I had visions of being a housewife... staying home with the kids, cleaning and cooking for hubby, barefoot and pregnant in the kitchen... it was never like that. I'm still not working but I have a diploma that will allow me to. I've learned how to do a lot of things that I used to consider "man's work". I've learned to enjoy being single. I will never be anyone's maid or doormat again... only an equal partner.

Sheets never give up and NEVER SETTLE bc you think its the best you can do! Someone told me once it will happen when you least expect it, I didn't believe them but after meeting BF so unexpectedly I am a believer now! lol

I used to have very poor self-esteem and ended up in some bad situations/relationships. Now I'm with someone who appreciates me who I am and I'm just so happy. It's amazing to have a great, equal partner
