Spreading get well wishes for anyone who needs them - we're just into the sniffles here.
Y'all know I love winter, but gosh - out of the deepfreeze would be nice.

I'll take a set of those get well wishes, Nat; day 3 of "burst therapy" for my bronchitis...I love using that term, it sounds like something is really bombing the heck out of my bronchitis. I hope it's helping. I'm going to miss my watercolour class tomorrow which makes me sad...this hasn't been a great 9 months for me and it all better change come March!!
I hope everyone else is faring far better and that you're all enjoying a lovely day!!

myself, geee.
they had dove pins and flower blotters to plant,
for us to take as doreen so loved gardening,
and a pair of love birds were there during the service.
open casket that i couldn't look at, doreen was so small
etc, - damn cancer.

Hi everyone! Hope everyone is doing very good shoveling!
These says i have been watching a lot of videos on youtube about how to garden flowers for beginners etc. I am enjoying a lot by just watching the videos. I think my days of gardening are very near.
And thanks @Lynn49 for the tips about gardening.
I am hoping to take pictures after every big step and will upload those pictures somewhere on SC. LolLast edited by amira84; Thu, Feb 19th, 2015 at 12:29 AM.

madchives, so sorry about your loss.
I heard those two men interviewed last evening on CBC's As It Happens - such a remarkable story.
amira - there's a great gardening thread with SCers who post pics, advice, info - they are awesome when one needs help!

Morning, everyone. Amira, on to a new adventure! Ah, the ups and downs, failures and redemptions in your successes await you! I can't wait it get started, too!
Well, day 4 of this new-to-me bronchitis therapy, still sounding like an old lady smoker (of which I am neither)...I'm not sure this will be a success. I'm haunted my the fact that my paternal grandmother died from her asthma complications, otoh, drugs are better these days and I have lost 8lbs, yay!
Ipad acting up, everyone have a great day!

Lynn, I used to get bronchitis fairly regularly, unfortunately - the only thing that worked was the old-fashioned steaming - hot water in a big bowl on a table, sit down, bend head over it, covered with a towel, and breathe, breathe, breathe.
And to calm things down, always had to use Robitussin with codeine.
Hope you are better soon!
The last few days have been relatively decent - for me - regarding sleeping.
However, I've not gone to sleep yet tonight - it's 3 a.m.
So it's going to be a wonky day!
