Potential Chocolate Promo Problems (renamed)

l just got off the phone with Shoppers this morning and limits have now been put on for the b4Kraft item receive 8000 points. You can only do this once and points will be added at a later date. POINTS that were awarded earlier will NOT be taken away.

Hope this clears up everything for those that are wondering.

So I called SDM customer service and explained to them what happened and the CSR said she couldn't award me the points either since it was a glitch in the system. Seeing how people are still being awarded the bonus points even as current as this morning, I sent Customer Service an email. Hopefully something gets done.

Of course, she could have given you the points. When something goes wrong in a store, such as a "glitch" (that word is getting a work-out -- we will have to start calling it Shoppers Glitch Mart), you call Customer Service, they look at your transaction record, and make things right.

The email may work, but I would call again -- maybe you'll get a different CSR who won't give you the "glitch" line. The promotion is still active and advertised on the website. If you purchased eligible products, you are entitled to the promised points. Don't accept "glitch" for an answer!

Hmmm, well, they did "reserve the right to limit quantities". I guess they've decided to exercise that right.
