I *was* a Medical Office Assistant. I left my position due to health/personal reasons. Currently, I am on EI and am enjoying being a "Stay At Home Wife". I am considering going back to school. When you receive EI(in Ontario) you are eligible to receive funding to return to school/further your education.
At 31, I'm deciding what I want to be when I grow up

I am a Store Administrator (book keeper / accountant type job) for a major drug store's home health care division.
I am planning to go back to school for Child and Youth Work or Social Work - still deciding. We are currently on a strict debt repayment plan (Till Debt Do Us Part style) so school is on hold until 2014 when we will be debt free! wooo hooo!

I work for Michelin (Tires) in the rubber mixing lab where I'm a tester. I am an elementary school teacher as well but lack of jobs sent me in another direction.

I'm a Special Education Resource Teacher at an Elementary School. I currently have 45 students who fall under my umbrella as a SERT (67 special needs students at our school overall). I plan for their individual needs, withdrawal for individual support, complete various reports, assess these students and others who are brought to my attention, and request and attend meetings with teachers, parents and other specialists. I love my job. However, I'm constantly being asked (mainly by parents) why I can't provide more support for these students. I hate explaining that there's only so much I can do because I have to serve so many students. I wish the Ministry of Education would provide enough money to hire more SERTs to adequately support these students' needs.

I am a stay at home. Was put on bed rest 3 month before my son was ok born (ok I just couldnt handle working anymore(bad pregnancy) so I got my doctor to put me on bed rest) and because of our circumstances i have just stayed a SAHM. With a 15 yr old and a 5 yr old its still not an easy job! With a son who has speech and behavior problems and a 15 yr old daughter (that says it all!) they keep me going enough. If I really need something to do I go over to hubby's work (he works in a warehouse) and as much as Im not suppose to be in there without steal toe boots help out with small jobs. ie: taking down pins numbers, stocking, helping receive orders ect.
