these are so cool! I must admit that I don't have the patience nor make the time to do my kids' lunch

I love the egg shapers. They are super cool. Too bad my kids wont eat eggs. Do you think they would work for rice balls?

    LOL! That's awesome! I do sell them....but not for $45! that's nuts! I sell mine at a local art gallery/artists co-op for $20-25

I'm actually currently busy building some inventory -I got into another co-op and am thinking about starting an esty shop

I would love those jars with dry ingredients to bake stuff! Or any already baked goods. Maybe some homemade chips. I only like fruity scents for anything as perfumy and flower scents affect my breathing.

Hey new buddy. I've done some stalking but still need some ideas so tell me, is there anything new you want that you dont' think came in your Advent package?

Also i've recently come across some fabulous bodycare deals so since i now have lots to share, do you happen to be in need of any body wash, razors, shave gel, soaps....that kind of stuff?
Vicks VapoRub - i have recently been going through this stuff like crazy - its super dry in our apartment since the heats come on and i always get stuffed up and coughy at night - i also use a humidifier and a huge mug and steaming hot water beside my bed

*** small Boots the monkey stuffy from Dora the Explorer show (been looking all over for one, finally found one at Old Navy but it was missing an arm and looked like several people had stepped on it )

any milk chocolate (not a fan of dark or white)

foam stickers for DD - she has gotten into sticker crafting like crazy lately ($ store ok)

cozy socks - LOVE the Shea Infused ones from bath and body works

    any homemade goodies

    Here are a few ideas:
-I always need socks, love funky colours/designs etc
-my favorite "family" picture frame fell off the mantle (thanks to the cat ) and broke, I'd love another black frame with something about family on it
-always need white candles, any shape size. I've filled an old stone fireplace with them
-chocolate and coffee (regular ground) -can never have enough of either
-mittens -I knit but never seem to get around to making myself anything
-something to hang on the door (other than Christmas wreaths etc) from after Christmas until spring, or something for any other holiday other than Christmas (Easter, Halloween, etc) or some kind of "Welcome to the beach" sign for the door...
-rooster weathervane (plastic $ store OK!) want one for on top of the barn -can't find one anywhere that isn't $$$$$$$$$$$$$
-any kind of painting/art -always looking for unique items to hang on the walls
-basket/box/??? to store makeup etc in for top of my dresser
    -nightlight
    -hair elastics/clips/pins/hairbands
-anything for the girls (who are 3 and 9)
-can always use bodywash, razors, soaps etc
-I LOOOOOOVE homemade gifts -so please feel free to get creative buddy!

OK new buddy quick question: any allergies in your house (peanuts etc) or major dislikes (scents, foods, anything) and anything you do not allow in your house?
i have sensitivities to peanuts & almonds - I can eat things that contain traces but not the actual nut! DD cant eat fresh strawberries. Also no artifically scented items - I suffer from headaches and migraines

Is there an actual post with the rules/guidelines? I know maildate is by the 28th, and that it includes homemade items...Is there a theme, how many gifts, etc?

Well those of you in Manitoba get ready for it, another snow fall! Were getting right now and its not pretty! Its only been snowing for the couple hours and our roads are complete sh*t again! Just when i was getting used to crappy driving, it gets worse again! My usual drive of dropping Kayden off and coming back home with usual takes me 20-25 mins took me almost 40 mins! Just a heads up!

My 3 year old in incapable of keeping a pair of mitts for more than a week. It's freezing out today and the poor guy was left with only 1 mitt for half our walk home. remind me again why i can't superglue them to his hands? Buddy would you be able to craft him up some mitts with the string attached? or hit up your local dollar store. I bought 3 pairs form dollarama at the beginning of the season. i'm now down to 1 and they are all sold out!. He kept ripping them off the string but even still they tend to last longer than the non string variety.

    Can winter be over now?

Also, I too am pro bailey's.

Kayden has 1 teacher, 2 helpers. i didnt want to get them the normal, mugs, chocolates, ect. I actually wasnt even really looking for gifts and I found some really nice towels at dollarama. they came in a 2pk. 1 was a Christmas towel and 1 was a microfiber towel. They were $3 but really nice quality as far as hubby and I thought. Also found them some cookie cutters at Walmart to add to them. They were $3 for a 4pk. Might add something else if I find something.

On vistaprint.ca you could order a personalized notepad or post-it notes "from the desk of Mrs______"
or a personalized pen... all affordable...

I agree with scbpooh... teachers end up with enough mugs, chocolates, etc...

Neat stickers for teachers like "great job" ,"#1", "way to go", etc would also be appreciated and used!
