    I still have the receipt from metro, I should exchange them because it is very difficult to even crave one, they are too harsh, like you said work my way up. After reading the back of the package that is exactly what Lindt recommends.

    Ah man, I still have not recovered from my dill pickle chips. Why is it so hard to get back on the wagon after you fall off? Oh right, I don't like running, so it has left me in the dust.

    Ugh, the only thing I hate about the Christmas season is all the food! So many dinners and parties to go to that I doubt I'll lose anything until the new year. Think ill switch my goal to just not gaining until Dec 26, then ill start again. lol
