I'm hoping to have enough for 3 x $250 redemptions and buy maybe 4 underwater cameras I saw for $99 each. And maybe an ereader for myself.

Anybody have any feedback with SDM's underwater cameras?

Oh wow! I need an underwater camera! Just $99 -s better than getting 2 film disposable ones for $30 then paying a fortune in developing. What's the brand name?

I will likely redeem for Christmas presents, stocking stuffers such as chocolates. If they have a gps I might redeem for that or skin care.

I'll be stocking up on staples--- I haven't bought dishwasher tabs in two years because of redemptions. I can do at least two $250 shops this year, and I usually restock my cleaning supplies and load up on stocking stuffers and teacher gifts. If there's more points by then I may go crazy and do something just for me!!!!

All this talk about what everyone's planning on getting is getting me anxious! I'm up to the 50,000 level... just to get up to 95,000! I'd love to do a few shops but maybe next year.

I really want to stock up on formula to get us through until when babe is old enough to drink milk. We don't use a ton of formula but it sure is $$. But it goes so quickly there I might consider pre-ordering. Although I can see that conversation not going all that well when I mention that I want to use my points on.

I'm not putting any thought into what I'm getting till the end of Nov when I see what special merchandise they are bringing it.
This weeks' flyer has a Gateway laptop/notebook for $299 on page 5. Last weekend I bought 2 Acer notebooks and had to drive to 6 different stores before buying them as stores did not get new stock even though the item was in last weeks' flyer. For each, I used a redemption of $170 and got the 18,500+ points on the balance. I needed to get my 2 teenagers their own, so I can use this one (and get on smartcanucks more often!) and was willing to buy them at Futureshop. At least this way, I saved a few hundred $ by redeeming points and gaining more points. That is what I love about SDM - I can redirect much of my shopping to SDM and either redeem or gain points, on items I am buying anyways.

2 years ago, I got 2 netbooks from SDM (Acer) but no one seems to want to use them- they preferred my notebook/laptop....plus you can watch movies on laptops.

I'm thinking along the same lines as you. Right now I'm just coming up with different scenarios of what I might want to do but if they bring in something like GPS I likely will just get that.

I'm hoping that they have a good camera for my daughter (that should take up my full $250 redemption!!). It's really nice having that extra money for Christmas.

Also, if anyone is interested signup for swagbucks and you can earn points to redeem for amazon.ca gift cards... right now I have $150 in gift cards to use for Christmas (I just redeemed for a duvet cover last month so that was $150... free!).

OP... thanks for posting the redemption date!!

I spend my days at work dreaming about what I am going to buy. Hoping to get a Laptop for DD, will pay the diff. Also stocking up on staples, some gifts for family and donations. I have enough points for 5 redemptions, would like to try to get it up to 6.

I shouldn't but my $250 will probably be spent on high-end makeup. That's what I did last year
