I found an old no bake granola ball recipe from when I was in brownies (a looong time ago. The only questionable ingredient is corn syrup. I've researched it on the internet and the consensus is that you can replace a portion of the corn syrup with honey but not all due to how honey reacts to being heated and then cooled (it takes on a granular consistency). Seeing as the recipe I have is a no bake recipe I'm wondering if I can get away with replacing a 100% of the corn syrup (1 cup) with honey. Anyone know?

Honey won't do the same job as corn syrup in binding the ingredients together. Taste would be fine, though honey is sweeter.
But yes, in a no-bake recipe, the substitution is one to one.

I use honey as a substitute for white sugar and never had issues with it being granular when cooled. But then again I'm not subsituting it for corn syrup either.
