That's weird because I have 2 shop & earns showing "returned" - they didn't take the SBs back and I haven't gotten around to questioning them on it - I don't know where they got that from?? I haven't returned anything! I even checked my credit card statements to see if they mistakenly refunded me!

Obviously something is wrong with their system!

I wish they would 'screen' the surveys before they make them available.....so many are full of error messages or some of their offers take you to spam websites......I guess they get paid for it, so they don't care but it would help cut down on all these problems.

Thanks. Well, it was a nice surprise. I just cashed in that 500 extra sb for a $5 Amazon GC to use my 40sb swagup before it expires. So I've got the same amount of SBs left that I expected to have and an extra $5 on the way. Nice!
