This site is a rip off , they took 500 points from me. Oh well It was great while it lasted. I got $30 in HMV cards and $60 in M.A.C gift cards. Awesome.

I think if your referel is inactive for a certain amount of time they think your scamming you and deduct your 500 points

i'm waiting for purchase points too... likely i'll cash in and be gone. I know it's not their fault if the affiliate doesn't send it to them, and they are looking into it for me - the CS person has been quite nice.

I'm having the same problem, curls. I made a purchase through Chapters in February during the double points event. The last time this happened it was relatively quick to be resolved but this time not so much.

Just got my points today - hope everybody gets them! they told me they're working on updating all the points this week. I didn't know about the double points event - maybe that explains why i got so many points! LOL

The update must be why I suddenly received 100 points
It says its for a contest through Indigo Books? Does anybody remember anything like this? I was sure I would remember this since I work for Indigo. I wonder if this should make me ineligible?
