The fun's over! It's time for an Easter (Sunday, March 31) Challenge!

Brekkie egg salad and coffee.
Lunch was homemade tomatoe soup.
Dinner was pizza.

No exercise today....my nephew was dumped off at my house so I had to babysit.

this week started off poorly diet wise thanks to that long w/e, but I am feeling stronger physically ( not as crippled sore from arthritis at least) so hopefully I can clean up on the craving eating by this w/e.

Good point. Patty I saw him tonight and he seems happy on his own sitting by himself in a little condo?? So weird?? He does not want his pets...I do so wish he was his old self again. But he won't get help from anyone so all I can do s move on to so done who wants to be with me He has been pulling away from me for three years since his 23 yr old brother had a terrible accident and became a quadriplegic and dh was in Australia. He came back a totally different person. He would not talk to me or anyone he just drank and drank. In August 2012 he came to be and told me to it down..he said he did not love me any more and was going to leave. I was shocked!!! So you are so right!

Hello everyone...back from a few days at camp...it's so hard to eat right at camp, but I don't know why, really...maybe the fresh air makes me more hungry? Or I'm walking a bit more and getting hungry? Anyhoodles, back in the saddle tomorrow; I still haven't weighed myself since I gained, but I'll stay on here supporting you all, getting encouraged by your efforts...and trying my best to be 'good'. Although.....we leave for another campground next week.....

Really want to venture off course today. But, I keep saying no to the cravings and I am quite proud of myself!!!

Lunch: bowl of my cucumber/tomatoe salad

Dinner: another bowl of salad.

Munching on left over broccoli and some watermelon.

Exercise:
5 KM hike
3 KM walk

You two are an inspiration...keep up the good work. I'm starting over today to behave myself...our DD brought over an 1800ml plastic jug for water that she said I must consume every day...gah!! This she learned while going to Herbal Magic...I might as well just bring this computer into the washroom!

Under 210 for the first time in I believe four years. I have no plans on ever seeing that number again. Doing decent at this since all I have changed is that I'm eating a bit less. Haven't incorporated exercise yet.

Stayed the same, I have been an eating machine this week.Must get all the junk out of the house, we had a lot of visitors to the lake and it has been a string of too many steaks ribs etc, and way too many desserts and chips. More company next week, going to entertain lighter!!!

I think what killed me was eating out a few times. Since we are not going away this is one of our "treats". Oh well.
