Looks like I am down 4. Wont know for sure until I weigh in tomorrow morning, but that was what my bathroom scale said, and she is usually brutally honest with me.

Down 3.5! I'm super happy! I'm just shy of losing 15 pounds since joining WW (it's been about 4 weeks).

Just hope to keep up the momentum. I'd like to fit into my smaller clothes for Christmas.

I made sweet potato gnocchi with tomato sauce yesterday, turned out pretty good. Kevin had 4 bowls and took some for his lunch at school and then there was none.

I made another batch today, 6 pounds of it!! This better last for his lunches for the rest of the week.

I am TECHNICALLY down 7, but when you add on the 5 I put on over the weekend, that really means down 2.

2 sandwiches of a protein a day and munching on carrots all day seems to be effective at the moment.

Now that my brithday and Halloween are over and my DD is starting her new school on Tuesday I am hoping to get back to a little "normalcy" , well our normal.

Sadly as the days go by my mom is not recognizing my dad all the time now and it's gets a little scary because she thinks he is there to harm her. I am not sure how we are going to deal with this in the house as he refuses to place her. I hope it doesn't come down to an "us" or them situation but I do have my kids to think of. One stress over another one takes over.

I have yet to step on the scale...will do, but I can tell you that I have been behaving MUCH better! Your healthy choices help my healthy choices. Having the Halloween candy gone is helping. I wish I could tell you I threw it out. :S
