Congratulations granger, thrifty, Patty and i_forget....you are all doing better than I. It seems the cravings and old addictions are returning ( thankfully they are not crack, or weed or involve being in a drunken stupor, but my salt/sugar thing has kicked into high gear )
Therefore I walked right on by the scale this week knowing I could not bear the number. Today I rose at 7:00 a.m. made my borscht soup, roasted a large pork loin roast, with many veggies, amongst them some sweet taters and butternut squash ) I hope that helps.

So in total over the past 8 months I am up 7 pounds. Not happy at all
. Really must get back on track it's do or diet!!!

I think I have the flu.
