Ladies!
I knew you would give JnC the welcome she deserved.
I don't have much time today so...
Welcome JnC…I LOVE this thread.
Maintained. BUT since January I have lost 4.5 inches…so still something to celebrate!!!
I may have to make a couple less Tim's runs to keeping the numbers going down!!!"There are more important things--friendship and bravery...."

There is still no stepping on scale for me (plus it is still lost in my house, pretty sure it is in the guest bedroom which is packed wall to wall with antique furniture from Nanny's house).
I must say it surprises me how many people have issues or skip breakfast, this was me for the longest time. Some how I thought it was an accomplishment being able to make it to lunch without eating, but now I eat breakfast on work days, weekends are still a challenge for me.
My breakfast during the week is either yogurt with chia seeds or overnight oatmeal which with a few tweaks I have taken out most of the sugar in it. It is now just yogurt, a little milk, chia seeds and oatmeal.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

Oh yes forgot to mention sitting here at my desk with 15 cupcakes staring at me.
Mom had a cupcake order to fill yesterday and needless to say to full the order she ended up with extra cupcakes, I don't want them and neither does mom so hoping my co workers eat them all up. Going to have to get word out they are here.2022 is going to be my year, the year I find organization in my life and the year I focus on myself,

Patty, that is excellent...wow!
I'm waiting for hubby to return with his snowblower belt thingy so that I can go get weighed...fingers crossed!!
Ashley..I attended a pot-luck meeting on Wednesday, and brought my "Too Much Chocolate" bundt cake. I gave whatever was left over to one of the guys there because I told them if I brought it home, my hubby would toss it into the garbage! We're both watching our waistlines right now, and certainly don't need the temptation! I hope your co-workers help you out!

I took a peak at the scale before my Sunday weigh-in and I've lost another 2.4 Ibs. I can probably contribute some of that to getting hit on the head with a hammer, by my own doing. Above my eye is all purple and keeping my eye open has been a challenge.

Down 3.6lbs since I started on Monday...so all's well.
I hope to see another loss by the week's end on Monday, but I know we'll be nibbling things during the SuperBowl, so I picked up lots of veggies and will make a legal dip, legal (as can be) nachos....fingers crossed it'll all work!! But no wine this year.
CURT! Yay for the loss, but wow! Thank heavens you missed your eye! You are losing extremely well, Hon...keep up the great work!

Ouchy!! But if that is what it takes for me to get serious about getting back on this wagon then I am going down to the tool box and grabbing me a hammer right now! Oh Curt, I am in awe of how much you have lost!! You downplay your results but you should be screaming them from the highest peak! ( just keep the hammer far from reach )
Congrats yet again on another great week!

you guys are all doing so amazingly well!
yes i am still lurking and leeching inspiration from you lovelies
i had my 3-4 month weigh in at the Dr's yesterday. i have lost 5kg! honestly i could have done cartwheels (yeah, well maybe not, i have to lose a bit more )
my pants have been fitting pretty much the same in the waist, and i do NOT weigh myself at home for fear of becoming disheartened by very small increments of weight loss.
i still have a ways to go, but hey for having been awfully sluggish and with all that xmas clearance candy cheating i feel mighty good!In 2020 I had 100 FREE Grocery pickups! Subscribe to PC Optimum Insiders & get 25,000 PC Optimum pts
