Sounds like you'll have the cleanest place in town walks
I have a bad habit of getting into doing something like that, then not eating at all, I just forget. Mel always gives me crap. Yesterday was one of those days. He came and got me at 9, we went and pickup up the motorhome, then drove all the way to Carstairs (about 80klm) to pick up a car dolly and have it hooked up. then back to pick up Ryder at school cause Ash is working, then out to Airdrie. We got home around 8 last night They ate at McDonald's and I wont eat there so I didn't eat till we got home.

Good morning! I haven't been on here, so sorry, but not exactly being on a formal diet, I didn't feel I had much to contribute, but I should have been on here cheering you all on, anyway.
Bobbiegirl, wow, 25lbs?! Congratulations, Hon! Your clothes must be falling off you...apparently foe every 10lb loss, we drop a size....so if you were an 18 before, you'd be easy 16! Keep up the great work, Hon!
Walks, I'm so proud of you! You struggled to get back on the wagon, flip-flopped a couple of times, but boy! When you were ready, you committed yourself to this journey heart and soul. And look how it's paying off! What is your total loss now? I've lost track.
Patty, so sorry to hear about your knee acting up again; believe me, I've come to realize how difficult it is not to be able to do those things that were on my list, but whereas I've been forced to halt all any any activities, you have a choice to rest that knee or tackle that wall. Hon, it's been my experience, and I'm sure yours, too, that tipsy walls, gardens, etc, will always be happy to wait until we're well enough to tackle the. Rest, Hon....I hope you can.....
As for me, my appetite is still at an all-time low, and the other day our DD told me that I look like I've lost a lot of weight, and I do see it on my arms, how sleeves fit, but boy, would I love to try on those new size 16 slacks I purchased in the spring! I have no way of weighing myself with this enormous cast, but in August, when I'm finally out of whatever brace I get next Tuesday, it'll be the first thing I do. IF I don't suddenly start pigging out by then!
Continued good luck, everyone!!

I just want to say that you are all doing an amazing job and I love you all just the way you are!!!!! You're all truly amazing people and to share your struggles make me feel sometimes like I'm not alone in weight issues, even though mine is the total opposite. I still struggle daily and get so tired of boost, ensure and all the other supplements. Lately though, I've been doing a lot of my own smoothies. Spinach, avocado and a handful or so of frozen fruit and some greek yogurt. Dr. says though that although it great, it wont help add weight
I still am happy now that I'm up to 108 and holding.
Not to far off, a few months ago, I was down under 100 again. We all know how our bodies react to stress and I'm just so prod of all of you!We all need a little sunshine every now and then

Oh, Holly, you're too cute, making veggie and fruit smoothies.....Here's whachdo....plop some ice-cream into your blender, any flavour, add some cream, fruit, even an egg, whip that up and I bet you dollars to doughnuts that you'll be able to put on a little more weight.
Make real milkshakes...I found this site for you:
http://cancercenter.slu.edu/nutrition/?D=18
There are others, just google milkshakes to gain weight, and I'll bet there isn't a spinach leaf to be found among them....
Good luck, Sweetie...we're here for you, too!

I'm not going to weigh myself today lol. Had a stressful day yesterday and couldn't be bothered to eat healthy (muffin and potato chips for lunch and pasta for dinner - yikes!). Gonna get back on track, eat healthy and drink lots of water today and do my weigh in tomorrow

late reporting in but just lost just a half a pound this week ( not making me smile ) however my eating has been sporadic and the necessary planning, cooking and portioning has been on the back burner while I am redoing some rooms. The rooms are looking fab by the way! Soon so will I!! Good luck for next week everyone.
Patty love the loss you had this week! Bobbiegirl muffins, potato chips and pasta must be on Canada's Food Guide somewhere?? lol Haven't we all lived those days? Carry on my dear!

Keep up the great work everyone. New house is keeping me busy. I am adapting to country living and the large property. It has been less than 2 weeks. Place was left in quite a mess. Some days I am extremely motivated and others, just overwhelmed. One week left of work, then work time can go to the house and we can relax a little. Happy to report I have been maintaining and not gaining all this time.

Great job everyone. Bobbiegirl, if we strive to eat perfectly all of the time, we will ALWAYS fail. We have to allow ourselves time, when we just do whatever. As long as you recognize it for what it was, and get back on track, it's not a problem. You are doing sooo amazing, great job hun!

Hi everyone. My weight has been stable, slowly going down. I am down nearly 20lbs since last July. I am not on a diet, but I try to be more conscious of what I eat and when I eat it. I try very hard not to eat after 9:00pm, I used to cut myself off for the night at 8:00pm, but with a 21month old son it didn't seem so kind to myself. LO still gets up at night on occasion, although he has been sleeping a lot better over the last month. I sometimes am quite hungry when I get LO back to sleep, but I just go to bed hungry vs having calories and then sleeping on it. I really miss taking him for long walks in the stroller. He still let me do this early in the spring, but since then he has decided that he prefers to push the stroller rather than being pushed in the stroller. We go outside together. This year he has decided to take interest in our vegetable garden. It is currently very neglected. LO likes to dig in the garden and put dirt into my weed bucket.
As long as he is happy and not hurting the plants, I don't really mind. I'm hoping to get it cleaned up this week. I have had a lot of plants not come up this year and it is starting to get late to replant, but I am going to replant a lot of it from seed anyway. I'm not going to spend $3 per plant at the store in hopes of it producing enough produce in order to break even. *shrug* I have planted a garden in this yard for the past 10yrs and this is the worst turnout that I have had for plants and actually ending up replanting a large amount of it, so disappointing. Sorry for the side note, but it is regarding exercise and healthy eating.
Chocolate is one of my weak spots, so I recently decided to try making chia seed pudding. The flavour is good, but the texture takes some getting used to. It is quite filling. I thought I would share the recipe here...there are a lot of different recipes if you google it.
Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding
1 cup milk (whatever type you prefer)
1Tb cocoa
1Tb sugar (or appropriate sweetener of your liking)
1tsp vanialla
3Tb chia seeds
Thoroughly mix all of these ingredients together in a container and stick it in the fridge. You will need to mix it occasionally over the next hour so that you avoid having big lumps in the finished product. Store in the fridge with a lid and eat as desired. It will keep in the fridge for a few days without any problems.Help me out with Swagbucks and we can both earn gift cards and PayPal money
