GAH!! GUYS!! Absolutely yes, they lose faster and because they basically carry it all in their middles, once that depletes, they look lean and fit again! Take mine for example! Same thing.....tummy, then no tummy = trim and fit looking! As for us gals, we seem to wear it all over ourselves, therefore lose it all over ourselves, and it doesn't show as much!
This past Christmas people were...OHHhhhhh you lost to much weight! (to my hubby!!! Who probably only lost 18-20lbs!)...but me? Nah, not so much. And I lost over 50!!!
It's just not FAIR!!!!

Mind you they need it but I am wondering how much is before and how much is after the show is over.

That would make quite the difference...I suspect, because they wear their shirts, they're covering their surgical scars, and still weighing themselves, so the skin has already been removed?
Or...do the shirts cover up the hanging, unsightly skin? Perhaps it's the later, since a sudden weight-loss of 20 lbs would be rather obvious.
Yep...I think it's the later....that much hanging torso skin would not be a pretty picture. So it's covered for the show. Hm...

Well we don't really know how much time lapse there is between the last episode and the one where the final 4 come back , it could be months for all we know. Certainly could be long enough to heal from surgery.

Doesn't that feel SO good, Walks?!! I felt a difference and had to weigh myself after 4 days this week and saw another drop! I've never said this before in my LIFE, but I can't wait to see what my number will be on Friday!
Keep up the good work, everyone! It's SO rewarding!!!

Tonight I am going to make wraps with hummus, aparagus and sauteed peppers and onions, then bake them in the oven. I have salsa and whole wheat tortillas.

I have always thought that when you see the final weigh in on biggest loser that they had to have had some kind of surgery. Man boobs don't disappear in a few short months, it take years, if ever. I haven't watched that show since after the second season because I felt it was fake. I'm all for it motivating people to exercise, but what I don't like is that it give people false hope. Especially people who have 100 or more pounds to lose.

Patty, iirc, you make your own salsa? However FB this week has canned "bruschetta" tomatoes on sale for 99cents and omgoodness, it's so good not only on nice, fat slices of toasted bread (make mine WW bread), but on just about anything else...we had some over baked chicken yesterday...just fyi...
I haven't looked at the calorie count, but for a couple of tbsps it's probably not much...
