i havent been around much just touching base with friends i have here. i had a bad year last year.

my grandpa just died and i am sinking again into this depression.i have so much hope this is the year and i will fight this sadness and gloom,just wanted you all to know i am fine,sorry to the pools and such for not returning your emails.i honestly have not been thinking about all that like i used to.i have to be with my family now,i just really wanted to tell you guys that i am here and will be here....depression won't get me.

I was wondering about you! I'm very sorry for your loss But don't let depression rule you... you are bigger and stronger than it is!!! I've suffered from depression for many years and I know how it can sneak up on you again even after you've been "fine" for awhile. Just know that we all love you and you can always use us as a sounding board... lord knows I have over the years!!! Sending some big hugs and good thoughts your way!!

awww. I'm so sorry to hear that. I lost my grandpa 35 years ago and I still miss him so very much. It sucks plain as simple as that. Keep in touch and just pop in to rant if you need to. Take care of yourself

Good to have you back! I know exactly what your going through, I just lost someone very important to me almost 2 months ago. I'm still grieving. I have not had much interest in anything, including posting on sc!!! lol. I cried alot the first month, unable to eat or focus at work, chest pains....etc, but it does get easier with time. If you ever want to talk, we're here for you!
