Rant of the day, some of you know that our house flooded last fall, So, because we made a claim on our house insurance when this happened, our insurance provider will not renew our policy. Ummm, what is insurance for?WTF is up with this - they love to take your money but when you have to use the service you are paying for they drop you? Sounds like crooked business to me.

We had a flood last year as well with a sustantial claim - so it will be interesting to see if we will be able to renew.

For my buddy, I put that I needed a DVD holder case for the car but please disregard cuz DH found one for clearance at Canadian Tire today! So I no longer need one, thanks.

If I could add, I'd love any used or new Baby Einstein DVDs for DD please

Finished one of the projects for my buddies package - still working on the pantaloons!
On a side note - got a mall gift card in the mail today - a thank you for volunteering at the gift wrapping centre during Christmas! Totally unexpected - what to buy - what to buy?

Finially feeling a bit better my boss (DH) gave me sometime off today so I went shopping found 3 more things for my buddy. Half done 1 craft and will be pulling out the old seeing machine for 2 more crafts. Box is coming along nicely but I want to get to the city on the 5 th ffont appointment to pick up a bunch of stuff I have on the list.

Found a ummmm adult thing for my buddy today

Flu has hit our house. jr barfiing last night and I am feeling quite green at the moment. Will come back on later f I feel better.

I am ignoring my family tonight which is really hard because I'm very pissy with them. I want to blast them both but the quiet treatment is driving them both NUTS!!

This year's flu season has been horrible, I know a few people who just seem to be continuously sick they get over one thing and pick something else up. I will be so happy when this cold and flu season is over

Gah! sorry I have been MIA for a bit- just started new job trining on Monday- first 2 days in the workforce in over 3 years! :0

and to top it off....insanity has ensued. The day before I started we found out that my stepson had been apprehended by Childrens aid at school, and was put into a foster home. He had bruises and cuts and his mother is to blame. So hubby is headed to Ontario to get him as we have been awarded interim custody- so crazy changes here- I am so overwhelmed I feel like I could vomit.

But I am ok

and congrats to both GP and Coyote on being grandmas! You will both be amazing!

and dlee- I hope everything is ok!

I have to get the pantaloons for your gift buddy- but the stuff I have ordered for you has started to arrive! YAY!
