yes walmart has 8 packs for 2.00 which equals .26 per box not a rollback or clearance item either..........we will see how long before they jack up the price I am not a fan of walmart anymore as soon as they see couponers getting items for free they jack up the price...like the listerine went from 5.00 to 6.87 and the advil nightime went from 3.00 to 5.87 last week and never mind the PB cherrios at closing Friday night they had a whole skid in the isle way to be put on the shelves during the night but at 7am when they opened there wasn't one box to be had but at 7am this morning the skid was back....I have a good mind to call head office....did you know that there is a minimum on gift cards now too I was always able to by a 3.00 one for trades not today it is 5.00 minimum now.... sorry for ranting!!!

I have noticed that Walmart does tend to NOT stock items that could be free.... then as soon as the coupon expires... the shelves are full of that item. I have seen this with the protein bars, asprin, sweet baby rays bbq sauce... just to name a few

I'm thinking this is a store specific issue as my Walmart is 99% of the time absolutely amazing. So are the ones in the neighbouring towns.
If you don't like Walmart pick another store and move on. Walmart is amazing to us couponers in offering overages and being so lenient (spelling?) with their price matching and coupon policy. If your store is so perticular about coupons and doesn't like them then go to a different Walmart because there are tons more.Insert Clever Signature Here

When shelves are empty go to the courtsey desk and ask for a RAIN CHECK that is what I do and best of all rain checks do not expire.

I agree with you and sometimes they say no clearing of shelves happened how do we know that. Most Walmarts don't stock large amounts of certain products so when people say a large amount they might of left a few so they can say nothing was clearer. Its the couponer who clear the shelves for sure when the whole Resolve coupon came out and a sale - I worked at Walmart during that time and I saw people clear shelves with coupon in hand. Same with Nexxus coupon I saw who at my local Walamrt and coupons in hand. My gf is head cashier in Ottawa and she says the same. I never saw someone with a cart full of zantac or anything without a coupon unless during the Anniversary sale I had 5 tides with only 1 coupon good deal and still using the tide now last bottle.
