Actually..having seen more of his interview instead of that one clip I saw earlier he does seem like he was concerned for his sons' walfare, particularly the younger one, and that he hoped his older son was taking care of him. He's in for a very rude awakening. He called "whoever did that" (the bombing) ba****ds. The boys' uncle says the only reason they did that was because they were "losers" who never attempted to assimilate into the US, and who kept themselves as outsiders. How he knew that, having not seen them since 2005, I have no idea.......

CNN are talking about a Miranda Warning Waiver...I know Miranda is the " You are under arrest ect"

But does the waiver mean they can question the suspect sans a lawyer and not taping???

About them not Mirandizing him -

An indication of the complex investigation ahead came Friday night, when an Obama administration official told NBC News that Tsarnaev would not be given a Miranda warning when he is physically able to be interrogated after receiving medical treatment.

Instead, the official said, the government will invoke a legal rule known as the "public safety exception," which will enable investigators to question Tsarnaev without first advising him of his right to remain silent and to be afforded legal counsel.

The exemption can be invoked when information is needed to protect public safety. In this instance, the government believes it's vital to find out if Tsarnaev planted any other explosives before his capture or whether others might have plotted with him to do so, said the official, speaking on condition of anonymity.

Yes...that's the problem: mirandize him or not. If not, I believe that the gov can't use the information he provides in court...but lawyers also argued that if they don't mirandize him, it's a loop-hole he could crawl through, setting him free.

I haven't heard the news this morning, yet...I wonder what condition he's in. If he was bleeding from the shooting the night before, he may have lost a considerable amount of blood for that resident to spot it on or near his boat that afternoon....

They will likely get him under the terrorist law and try him in federal court. They were going to do that with some of the prisoners from Guantanamo too so they could get the death penalty.

I will give it to the people of Boston they let the authorities do their work, kudos to them.
