Is this supposed to work on the app right now? I've tried swiping to save some offers for next week, but I don't see that option anywhere.

I think this is mainly for android devices. Apple only has 2.1, updated July 2015.
Hope it can get updated for IOS soon or maybe can be done via pc.

You get the cookies if you have to go to CS because the cashier did not ask/scan your card. It is an apology for the extra wait.

Can someone tell me where to get more info about this free cookies offer? is it good for all the provinces? I vaguely remember someone mentioning this a long while ago and I thought it was a temporary thing. Haven't been following this thread because it has been months since I've gotten offers I can use. I think I've used 3 offers in the last 5 months. And so am only getting 5-6 offers each week now. It's a catch-22!

Just a heads up. When you use your own bags at no frills, the cashier will often ask how many bags. She will then scan a card charging you 2 cents for each bag, then refund the same amount--this is for the bag program and you should receive 'green bag' points on you PC points account (not always). BUT check carefully, the last couple of times I have purchased groceries, I am not receiving the 2 cent refund for ALL the bags. For example: I used 5 bags--charges 10 cents, but only refunded 6 cents. I know this is a small amount, but in the last couple of months, it has added up. I am now asking them to do this part carefully, so that I am not paying them to use my own bags.

So the best you can do is break even if they charge you 10 cents & refund you 10 cents. But there is a chance you will be short by 4 cents if they don't it correctly. So why bother telling them you are using your own bags if you are not going to get anything.

Not sure, they had not advertised the cookie offer in some time but it was in all stores. I haven't got any of my PC store flyers yet to check if its in there
