I bought a 3 star can of diced tomatoes for 98 c, but didn't get any points for that or signing up. I put in a points inquiry, hopefully that works.

The points for star items purchased between Jan 6 and 14th will be awarded by Jan 28th, all at the same time.

@Silk, if you have loaded your guiding stars offer, you will be eligible for the 1000 points when you swipe your PC plus card at the check out.
If you don't want to spend a lot, just buy a few grapes (3 stars?) and you will get the points for grapes and the 1000 points on top.

No you can buy any thing because today I used my daughter card and bought glade candles and got the points

My current offers are points for buying fresh strawberries, raspberries or romaine. There's an offer if I buy $7 worth of hot chocolate (nope) plus a few other offers including a repeat points offer on PC frozen fruit and one on PC organic frozen fruit. Not sure I will get any frozen items this week. Will have to see if dry legumes and fresh fruit/veg are on the shopping list. Had to get the store flyer to check what items are on sale.

you should see the 1000 points offer when you log in
you then load the offer

You need to load the 25/50/100 point offer on guiding stars, it will show the 1000 point offer there but needs to be loaded separately
You need to shop to get the 1000 points too

One change (in my opinion) that I like to see is offers active for the entire duration of a week even if an item is purchased once.
For fresh produce specifically, I take small amounts as RCSS is just 5 mins. away form home and go back again for fresh ...
Keeping the offer active is a win - win for both them and us, customers trying to take our dollar an extra inch-mile.

When on Guiding Star website, choose RCSS as your Ontario store and log in. You'll see the 1000pt offer to load-ignore the pop up message saying all your offers are loaded (as that message obviously did not include the offer you have to load yourself). It (bonus offer) does not show when you choose Fortino's as your store on the GS site!

First, thanks for mentioning here the 1,000 guiding stars offer - much appreciated.

Question: Sunday I did my big shop and spotted the Ziplock Xmas bags which scanned in at $1.44 - purchased 4. Found my two printables today and decided to go back and get 4 more and they scanned in at $2.04. On both days, there was no price tag on the shelf and it was the same product.
I did go to customer service and they matched my price from Sunday, but has this sort of thing ever happened to you at RCSS? How can Xmax product go UP in price?
