Customer - Hi I broke my Samsung Galaxy S4 screen do you repair them
Me - Unfortunately we do not as we are not a service center. Do you have extended warranty
Customer - Ummm I am not sure
Me - What is your number and I can look it up
Customer - 204-xxx-xxxx
Me - Is this a MTS prepaid or postpaid phone
Customer - Its a Rogers phone
Me - Well unfortunately you would have to phone a Rogers store to seek help as this is a MTS dealer
Customer - oh really

Oh it is however I just saw the AWESOMEST if that is even a word old lady like 80yrs old motoring down the sidewalk in her scooter all decked out in Canada gear - if I could have gotten my phone out faster I would have snapped a picture - it was too cute and made me smile

the whole scooter was covered in Canada stuff - F*L*A*G*S, balloons, streamers - hopefully she comes back the other way so I can snap a picture

I am ready to go home as well.

All I want to do is go home to bed, but instead I have pricing changes coming out my ears, a large 2000 customer mail out to do labels for and all of my customers have waited until they are out of stock to re order. Production is now backed up and even if I do ship right away there is time in transit and boarding crossing to factor in, it is going to be a long day.

Just checked on the update for my parcel... buddy, delivery is showing July 4th.. so not too bad considering it is leaving the province.. hint.. hint...

And sorry... my wrapping looks nothing like Kate's or Armygirls.. so nice all matchy and with bows! You pretty much got scraps of leftover paper, with some brown bags tied in a ribbon for fun, lol.

I'm starting to doubt my package now that it's officially in transit.. I'm pretty happy with Day One... please keep Day One handy when you are opening all your other gifts.. it could make for a cute photo. Thinking day 17 might be a bit of a letdown... couldn't find your most wanted item, nothing seemed to fit what I thought you were looking for...

On a happier note.. only 6 more hours to a long weekend...

Just taking a breather - laundry is in the dryers, vacuuming is done, dishes are done, kitchen is clean minus the floors, packing is half done. Just need to clean the bathroom, wash the kitchen floor, put away the laundry & finish packing. Boo that still sounds like a lot.
