Had to go buy a new water tank for the horses as the one I purchased in October sprung a leak. But they were nice about it and said if I brought the leaky one back, I would be reimbursed for the one I purchased today.
And because DH neglected to gas up his truck before he left, I had to stuff the trough in my little SUV.Just call me Wolfie

So tired of places not shipping to Canada or charging crazy amounts to ship things here(14.92 for a set of 5 fabric bracelets, 36.53 to ship a freaking Tshirt and neither of these included customs). This is stuff my oldest asked for for her birthday, and now I either need to figure something else out for her or buy her the 2 things and tell her getting them shipped to Canada took the majority of her birthday budget.
Ugh it was so much easier when she wanted barbies and princess dresses.

Something must be in the air.
I've had a rough week, just run of the mill personal issues we all deal with at some point. Unfortunately it all seems to have hit the fan at the same time for me. Nothing devastating, just crap that's been making me feel emotional and overwhelmed. Logically I know it's nothing in the grand scheme of things of course, it's just stressful.
On top of those issues, I've had 2 people go off on me for NO REASON today.
First was at Metro. I was driving in front of the store and pulled into a parking space. When I got out a man started yelling at me that I "almost hit him". Um, no not even close! He was standing between the road and the handicap parking. I saw him. I assumed he was waiting for traffic to stop to cross, when I told him that he went off on me saying that I was an "f'ing ignorant b****" and that pedestrians have the right of way. He wasn't at the cross walk, perhaps if he walked about 100 feet he could have used the cross walk but no, he chose not to. Apparently he assumes that all traffic should stop for him. Perhaps maybe I should have as it's the nice thing to do but it's certainly not law and I wasn't even close to hitting him. However screaming and calling me names isn't going to get you anywhere. I finally walked away and he continued to scream at me until I was well into the produce section.
Next I went to the bank at 9:15 am. I walk in and there's a person at each of the instant machines and one woman leaning against the wall in the corner. One man leaves so I ask the woman if she's waiting and she went off on me: "If I was waiting I'd already be up there wouldn't I? Some people are so stupid". I just shook my head and said I was trying to be polite. She was still muttering at me while I did my banking and left. Apparently she was waiting for the bank to open at 9:30. How was I supposed to know that? Had I walked up to the machine and she was waiting, she would of been upset about that too.
WTH? It's a beautiful spring day, why is everyone so nasty today?
I've decided to hide inside and Netflix binge until I have to pick up the kids.

Some people have no clue that "Mr. Nice Guy" actually translates to "Wuss"/"Wimp"/"Pushover."

Went to pick up said package and the CP woman said that it isn`t there yet, (Should have been after 1pm) And said there are 10+ people who got turned away as well. Call them before I come to make sure it is there.
I filed a complaint against the CP driver yesterday. Can`t stand people who get paid to do absolutely nothing.

^ Thats why I always do Canada Post pick up; For some reasons, they ALWAYS put the 'notice' that I was not at home without ringing my bell etc. LIAR LIAR everywhere! I once ordered from Future Shop a 50 lb printer and I had to go pick it up from Canada Post; it was pain in the back so I never ordered anything from Future Shop ever...just did Staples who used their own truck!
IF life was a person, I would have kill it long ago! I am big a big whinner!

I'm about 2 1/2 hours from buffalo. My mil lives in the states so I'll ship things that I'm not in a hurry for to her, but she's currently in Mexico and won't be home until after dd's birthday.
I don't mind paying for shipping if it's reasonable(just did a Spencers on line order and 6 things cost me 14 bucks to ship here from the States), but 30 bucks to ship a T-shirt is crazy.Last edited by Lyssia510; Wed, Apr 29th, 2015 at 01:40 PM.
