Dd's not even 18 month old iPod touch died. It was fine last night when I put some new music on it now I can't get it to turn on. Computer won't recognize it so I can restore it. Meanwhile my iPod touch(4th gen) has been washed, dropped, screen shattered, left in the freezer for who knows how many days(joys of having a 2 year old lol) and works fine.

When you lost importants papers and you have to repay for rehaving them...birth certificate,cheques....it suck and it is expensive.

So sick of people telling me that I look sickly with my fish belly pasty skin and that I need to get some color from the sun. I avoid the sun like a vampire and don't venture out without putting on 110 SPF sunblock. Long sleeves, hats and even umbrellas are my friends in the summer. I wish people could see their skin under a UVA camera. Wrinkles, freckles and possible future skin cancer.....it's all there. Oh well, I'll have the last laugh alligator face.

Good for you. You'll be 60 looking like your 30 while other ladies will look like leather face. Mmmm.

I get the sun comments. Very WHITE girl, married into a Filipino family...lol!
I can't tan, anyway. I burn.
Though, I would like *some* colour, but only because the glare hurts my eyes.

Just use a generic thank you card, that's totally fine. I have two sisters who are nurses - usually they really appreciate edibles that can just be put at the nurses' station and then docs/nurses all partake - chocolates, cookies, etc. Lots of times they don't get regular breaks, so really like having munchies.
It's kind of you to think of them!

Thanks to an AWESOME SC'er (spudgirl) that traded me a shutterfly code I was able to order 12 of these (the pic isn't DD, it's just a stock pic) for $10.



I thought it would be nice for the nurses & doctors to be able to put a face with the name.

I think I'll grab a variety of chocolates and/or nice biscuits for thank you gifts.

So sick of picking up used condoms and condom wrappers off my lawn and driveway curtesy of the people across the street that for whatever reason don't use garbage bags and just stuff their lose trash into the garbage bin.
