Bought 24 (split into two transactions of 12 each)
Earned back $15 for each transaction using two CO51 accounts
MM $3.15

Will give these out to the kids on my daughters' sports team for a Halloween treat.

Picking up our Good Food Box at the depot today-40 lbs of fresh fruit and veg for $40. Taking it along to friends we are visiting over the long weekend.

A couple of good deals this week. I found out that Giant Tiger price matches plus 1 cent less like Freshco. They price matched in both Food Basics (bought milk) and Walmart.

PM WMT cranberry .86- 5 Airmiles= .36 (hoping I can get the AM through, I had issues before with GT)

A couple of good deals this week. I found out that Giant Tiger price matches plus 1 cent less like Freshco. They price matched in both Food Basics (bought milk) and Walmart.

I've never shopped GT, due to distance. Do they play the same silly games as the other big stores? i.e. only PM other big stores or only PM within a certain distance

@HermanH yes at the store my shop and I if you want to used a coupon you cannot with a PM and you are only allowed to used 1 coupon .eg if you have 2 package of something and you have 2 coupons 1 for each item you can only used 1 coupon. I hardly shop there

They are pretty decent and fair. One guy was buying a Butterball roast and I heard the cashier say, let me look that up online, I think it's on sale at Walmart...I happened to have the Walmart flyer on me so she gave him the lower price .


Ironically, a message was playing in the store just before I checked out and it said "local" so I was surprised it matched Food Basics as they are a 25 min drive away. Here's their policy...https://www.gianttiger.com/pages/abo...saAjhYEALw_wcB

The most fascinating thing is that no local stores price match Giant Tiger...go figure..

Good to know about not being able to use coupons when price matching @flemeth . I'll have to check at our store to see if it's the same.

These aren't the smaller boxes, they are bags and on clearance at the No Frills I go to. Best before dates are Nov/Dec 2024

Great find. The NF stores me do not even carry the pouches.
