I still shop there, but of I don't get bonus points for it and I can pick it up at Wal-Mart where they don't have a Price Matching limit, then I might make a special trip there instead.
Same difficulties price matching and couponing across the board for me. Most No Frills I go to (Ajax North/South & St.Catharines; Lake St. & Welland), Superstores (Ajax, St.Catharines) and Walmarts (All St.Catharines, And Ajax) limit price matching, or so I have found every time I go to them, No Frills & RCSS is limit 4 with limited stores (No Frills for quite some time and RCSS more recently) and Walmart is limit 6 with local most every time I go. It's getting tricky to try to get the deals that I want to get regardless of where I am!!! And coupons are another story, some stores take them no problem, others it's like pulling teeth with them.

the best buy this week has been packages of .88 raspberries and strawberries from FB ( using the $1.00 off Driscolls coupons ) Must go back to get a few more before the sale ends Wednesday. ( or I can always PM on Friday at NF ) It feels like cheating getting discount berries when it is so chilly out.

However, upon looking closer at my receipt I also received an additional $3.00 off in card savings from SoF (I'm not sure if that should be there or if it was an error). So I will have made $2.42.

    Also picked up:

    Pumpkin for carving $2.99 - $1.00 Coupgon
Starbucks bottled Frap beverage $2.50 - $1.00 Coupgon

    I bought:

    4 x Iogo yogurt 16 x 100g packages @ $4.48 each = $17.92

    I earned:

    4 x 3,000 PC Plus points = 12,000 PC Plus points = $12.00 value

    Difference:

    $17.92 - $12.00 = $5.92 total = just under 10 cents per 100g cup of Iogo yogurt!
thanks for the info, I have $1.00 Iogo coupons too!

I had a "start the car!!" moment at my local RCSS. As I was walking out after my grocery shop, there was a shelving unit with some clearance items, and I cleaned up!!

Hamilton Beach 12 cup Stack and Snap food processor - regular price $79.97, down to $4.94!!!!!
Tiger Rice cooker, food steamer, and slow cooker all in one - regular price $149.97, down to $14.94
Tiger 2.2L Computerized water heater - regular price $174.97, down to $19.94

Such amazing deals! I bought 2 rice cookers and 2 heaters and my mom bought two of each and of course I snagged the food processor since it was the only one. Right place, right time!

Drop is a new loyalty app, you connect your debit/credit cards, get offers to shop at certain stores and earn points on top of any other offers. You have ongoing offers which you keep earning every time you shop at the particular store (Ex. 20pts/$1 at McDonalds) and one time offers you get for shopping at a store (Ex. 3,000pts for $10 spent at Pizza Hut).

I've had the app for about a little under a month and have already earned 12,991pts (but 12,142 to be added very soon) which is similar to PC, 1,000pts = $1 but you earn gift cards with the points. GC like Tim Horton's, Starbucks, Cineplex and others

On my way out of the city and stopped into Walmart to get the sunlight 50 count laundry soap. Was going to price match RCSS for $5.98. Shelves were cleaned out. Turned to leave and there was one lone container miss shelved on the opposite aisle - meant to be - used a $1.00 coupon and just confirmed for $6.00 on checkout 51.

Thanks, I'm downloading the app now. We'll see what offers are available for me in my small city.

edit: There were only two places that are located in my city, but I still had to select five, so I picked ones that are in my province.
