We might be getting a "new-to-us" car, since the old car is creaky after this long winter.
Will also get:
new grad discount $500 (graduated June 2013)
New snow tires included
4 oil changes included, free
12 month front to back warranty transferred to us from the other owner, included
3 month "new" car warranty included
30 day take back privilege included
new wiper blades free, included
half of the HST off (we asked for this -- don't want to give all to Mr. Harper)
certified with all papers of all in working order, included
licensing fees free, included
and
the cheesiest freebie ~~ a new fancy dancy snow brush, included
It's a 3 year old car with low mileage
I think some of you great SCers could do an even better deal, but we are happy with our possible "new" car dealLast edited by Shwa Girl; Sat, Mar 1st, 2014 at 05:07 PM.

$0.54 for 6 x 24 pacs of Sunlight laundry detergent. Also, $12.99 for a Revlon hair dryer.
Complete quick surveys and cash out at every $20. Receive a cheque, deposit it into your bank. That easy! https://legerweb.com/2Q7V3

@ Metro, SCOP on Simply Orange juice. The big jug 2L. Sign said $4.99 but it was from last week's flyer. We only drink Simply Orange so this really made my weekly grocery shop.

Oh and @Target, Greenworks all purpose cleaner is $1.97 reg price. On sale for $1.57 - $1 printable = $0.57!
For some reason all the Green works products were different prices. Normally the toilet bowl cleaner, wipes etc are the same price but they were all different prices this time.

Disclaimer: I like shopping for cars. My friends have taken me for support for them.
I like haggling. It's like hunting and getting the prize "beast" Hahaha.
Tip: YOU MUST BE PREPARED TO WALK, if the car dealer is being a "doufuss" or disrespectful to you.
You can ask for the world. Alls they can say is "No".
Your first stop is the public library to see Blue Book values of the car you want and Lemon Aid New or Used Car Guide, to see all the recalls (Phil Edmonston is the author).
I went to the new job and saw the plates for all the cars. Saw one dealer keep popping up. Asked a few coworkers. 100% of the coworkers had great things to say about the dealer.
Told the dealer that his rep is on the line -- need to see the great things that my coworkers said.
Then when he got a little uppity, reminded him that I can recommend him for future coworker business or, it could go the other way. He got the message.
We left as "friends".
Luv, luv, luv car shopping. It's awesome!

Loblaws at the deli salad section! 5 Burnbrae boiled eggs in their own sealed pouch, clearance $1.00, pink stickered, so $0.50 for 5 eggs. If you bought 1 dozen raw eggs, that would be the same as a $1.20, with the benefit of not using hydro/gas + water to cook the eggs.

Finally got to use the So Juicy cpns I've been collecting ...getting tired of bland chicken.
DH went shopping and picked up 6 at Metro. Cashier wud only let him use one...he demanded to speak to the manager...manager at first said no. DH replied I've been shopping here for years..if you don't let me use all of them, I'll stop shopping here...he got all 6 for free! (wow, if I had've gone I wud've gotten one for free...lol)30

Yes! Just noticed 1 coupon was gone (the save $2 WUB Dove body wash) but that's okay, I'm not complaining
I like to think it's karma for spending 2 hours the other day going through my coupons, removing all of the Feb 28-March 3 expiries and placing them in my Target right next to the items.
