I didn't see much in the flyers this week and we don't really need much anyways. Will probably just grab what we need as we need it, more fresh veggies and fruit come Monday probably.

I did send DH to work today with 6 or 8 coupons for the Dr. Oetker pizzas so he can stop at Metro on his way home. On sale for $2.88 minus a bunch of $2 and $1 off coupons, super happy!

I also received a coupon from Shoppers in the mail for 20x optimum points and since I've been waiting and waiting for a 20x event with no luck I may take advantage this weekend and stock up on more Similac Mom using my $10 cheques as I'm running low.

morning all. I am so ready for a few quiet days. plan is to get laundry to the line.
We needed to get a extention on our septic tank, so I have a couple of wheelbarrels of soil left over. that will go to the fall garden top up.
not a lot needed for the grocery list, so It will be nice to have a small list.
My darling son got me a book from library, so that will be my entertainment for the weekend.
    have fun all.

What store allows you to use the $4 off with the FPC coupon? Mine won't allow it

Finally went out and got myself a Magic Jack at Future Shop yesterday to cut down on the phone bills. Got Shaw to suspend the TV, as I don't watch it much when the weather is good. Put on CD's instead. Should put on the radio more often.

I'm hoping FB if not SS. I am buying all the items needed but using a coupon as a form of payment.

Well today DD and I are going whale watching so hope we see some. Got the best price by using my 25% off coupon from the local entertainment book-still not a cheap excursion but given we have no accommodation costs on this vacation and cook most of our meals at home I figure we can splurge a bit-vacation was budgeted from occasional childcare earnings I keep in a vacation fund.

I know it's not the same thing, but I use cloth menstrual pads, and all I've needed to do is soak them in cold water before washing and they've always come out clean. If that doesn't work, you might try to soak with Oxyclean. Don't use bleach as it breaks down the fiber in fabric in the long run.

You can check out this site for the nine steps, although the concepts are more fleshed out with examples in the book "Your Money or Your Life".
