You look so beautiful, and that's a great cut!
Gah, I'm stuck with my straggly, straight long hair too - just have to get off my behind and go to get it cut and donate it!

Oh my god !!!!!! WOW WOW WOW !!
I must say : Great job. Losing 100lbs is an achievement not many manage to do ! And then they say couponning only buys junk food. HA!
So here's my insight though, I think you should buy clothes (well you did ) but every step of the way. I'm not saying every 10 lbs but every mile stone. Because by looking and feeling good in what you're wearing it'll boost your confidence and push you to keep going. Frumpy never says confident and if you still don't feel confident (even after this super woman achievement) well fake it til you make it and buy clothes anyway. Trust me on this

are you 6'5" ?? ( just kidding) You do not look 190 at all. Losing 60 more pounds only makes sense to you, we all see a very pretty pic there. This is actually a congratulatory post....
Way to freaking go on shedding 100 pounds of your former self! You somehow kicked it to the curb, now let the person that the extra weight was holding back shine through! Very nice job on the bob ( haircut)Last edited by walkonby; Sat, Aug 17th, 2013 at 11:20 AM. Reason: reworded

Woohoo!! Thank you everyone.
I must admit I hold my weight very well, even when I was at my biggest!!
No big secrets for the loss. I have stuck to a 1300 calorie diet, mainly vegetarian although I do occasionally treat myself to a steak. LOL.
I also try and hold a balance of 55% carbs, 15% fat and 30% protein with my daily calorie intake.
