1 egg with 2 slices of taste and of course some coffee.

Lightly sauteed carrots, mushrooms, and asparugus with two scrambled eggs, sprinkled with cayenne pepper. Room temperature green tea to help my mouth cool down after that, lol.

Bits of leftovers for breakfast, about a 1/2 cup macaroni with mushroom sauce, two mini spring rolls, a little bit of salad - and I made garlic buns to go with.

The breakfast thread has dried up!

I generally have eggs for breakfast, poached on toast with Boursin was my habit for awhile. But lately I've been trying to make breakfast with more staying power, so I'm still having the eggs, but with black beans, onions, mushrooms and peppers. Tastes fine! Although there are some side effects to having so many beans.
