Chicken salad sandwich and chips. I ate far too many chips. Now I have acid reflux.

Finally tried making that Cauliflower Pizza Crust for my lunch today ( I had heard very good reviews about it ) and I am quite impressed!
There was some time and fussing involved BUT well worth it for a No carb meal!
I am adding this to my list of things I'll be serving for the Game Sunday!
But, I'll make individual ones that will be easier to flip, like a pancake size. I like to flip after the first cooking, so that when I place my toppings on and and cook again, the other side gets browned and crispy too!
