Lunch today was yogurt with English cream and muslix in a sundae glass with lots of different chopped fruits and a toasted sesame seed bagel at Eggsquis restaurant. This is called a Meli-Melo. Eggsquis restaurants are also in Ontario.

Went to RCSS cooking school today and we had asparagus rolled in prosciutto ham, panko breaded chicken fingers, and for dessert two layer carrot cake with cream cheese icing.

Yesterday, a bunch of us went to Capitaine Pouff (a seafood restaurant) for their fish and chips. I had 2 fish (cod) with a large house and fruit salad.

Today, we had smoked meat on kimmel bread and bicks baby dills.

I called my brother this morning and invited him over for lunch. I currently have apple sauce muffins in the oven with skinny chunky monkey cookies (first time making this). Next I am making my cocoa fudge brownies that I will bring to tonight's retirement party. I think I will make cream of mushroom soup with grilled cheese sandwiches for my brother and I for lunch today, we can have some healthy treats after. I love my brother and really don't get to see him nearly as much as I would like to.
