    tuna sandwich on rye, chicken noodle cup-a-soup (why, yes, the noodles DO taste like plastic, but my husband bought two boxes of it instead of the real soup mix, so I'm left using it up!)

    Cranberry chicken,mashed patatoes and yellows beans with a diet pepsi...will have a slice of bananas bread I baked when it will be ready yum!
    The goal is to live day by day not to much thinking hahaha !!!!

    brought lunch for work but just not feeling like it so went to the cafeteria and had a personal hawaiian pizza with a fresca :D

    Oh it is a soup day for sure! This will be a lunch/dinner meal, when ever anyone wants just scoop up a bowl. The small pumpkin I baked was so cute! Also baked a large butternut squash. The other diced veggies ( onions, celery, carrots, cabbage, spinach, bell peppers ) flavoured it all great. This time I sauteed 6 chicken thighs in the pan with the onions/celery. After the soup was done I removed all the meat and placed them on a separate plate for eating. Since I like my portions pureed I don't want a big hunk of meat jamming up in the blender.
