    just being alone with my thoughts. it lets me analyze, rationalize, and play devil's advocate for whatever it is that is bugging me.

    If I'm stressed I usually listen to music or take a bubble bath. If I'm irate or angry I exercise. It helps burn off the stress, anger I'm feeling. Or take a walk outside in the cold weather to cool myself off. Too lazy to exercise... rum and coke or a long island ice tea help me too.
