Gwen Stefani and her husband Gavin Rossdale welcomed the newest addition to their growing family on Friday: a bouncing baby boy they named Apollo Bowie Flynn.


The couple, who have been together for 11 years, are already parents to two sons--Kingston James McGregor, 7, and Zuma Nesta Rock, 5.

Archie Comics announced Tuesday that the famous comic book character will heroically sacrifice himself while saving the life of a friend in a July installment of Life with Archie, a comic book series that tells the story of grown-up renditions of Archie and his Riverdale gang.



“We’ve been building up to this moment since we launched Life with Archie five years ago and knew that any book that was telling the story of Archie’s life as an adult had to also show his final moment,” Archie Comics publisher and co-CEO Jon Goldwater said in a statement.

Apparently they run several Archie "universes" at a time so he will still be alive in other versions of the comic series.

Although David Letterman's replacement wasn't expected to be named so soon, a mere week after Dave's surprise retirement announcement CBS has gone ahead and chosen his successor: Stephen Colbert, who'll take over as new host of The Late Show when Dave retires next year.

Steven Colbert is one of my all time favourite comedian/pundits, but because most of what makes him funny is what he reads into the camera ( and he does that very well ), I am not sure how he will do interviewing guests and celebs nightly, it seems like a boring setting for the colourful host, but maybe he will make the Late Show his own thing.
I am also curious who will actually show up to host, will it be the fake character Steven Colbert ( from the Colbernation) OR will he be himself.....when interviewed as himself, he is a far cry from that silly guy he portrays on his own show. He sure loves to sing, so likely he will be doing plenty of that with his various celebs.

She may have been born on a Friday, but that's not stopping Mike Myers, 50, and wife Kelly Tisdale, 37, from naming the latest addition to their family Sunday.


According to People magazine, the couple welcomed Sunday Molly, their second child, into the world earlier today. The couple are already parents to Spike, now two and a half years old.


The pair, who were married in 2010, announced the pregnancy back in October.
“We couldn’t be happier,” the new parents told People.
