yah good deal @ 16cent per value...i find the running room a bit pricy though, going to pass as well, i guess for some of these gift cards if you can combine em with coupons they become an even better value

I bought. I have plantar fasciitis quite bad (too many marathons when I was younger) so I have to wear expensive runners. At $0.167/AM even with high prices at the Running Room this knocks it back a bit for me.
iTunes card is an email.direct special this week with 1 mile/$1 spent up to 500AMs. That's an 11.4% kick back on a GC which is good if you use iTunes.

Greetings all. I'm new here so I hope this posts as I intend it to. The Michelina's frozen meals at Safeway (the B10G100 ones) are on sale at the Winnipeg (Sargent X Maryland) Safeway I just visited for $1.50 each w/club card. Hope this is of use to someone. By the way Opera Bob, it was the Spark interview that turned me on to this site. Interesting interview and an even more interesting site. Thank you.

Thanks Cray,
It might be that the Michelina's which are listed as 4 for $7 is a misprint in the flyer at 4 for $6 which means they'd really be:
$1.50/$0.40 after AirMiles
If the new low fat, low salt are included I'll buy but I doubt it as low fat, low salt usually means higher prices.
As I buy BW GCs the price to me is:
$1.50/$0.17

"Just looking at the coupon.. lol.. says limit two free, then below says limit one per household.. weird!"
1 coupon limit but the coupon allows for 2 free units when you buy 2 units.

PS: London Drug has the Nivea on for $2.17 this week.
Safeway was $2.71 with B2G50AMs.
Which is the better deal?
LD (2 x $2.17) x 1.12 = $4.86 after tax
Safeway was $6.07 after tax but you picked up 50 AMs = $5.72 offset, so
$6.07 - $5.72 = $0.35 vs. LD's $4.86
That's a true money in your pocket advantage of $4.86 - $0.35 = $4.51 on every 2 packages.
Even if you count in other loyalty programs or cash back on fuel from dealers other than Shell you've realized $4.00+ in free fuel on every 2 purchased.
