Omg. I took my kids 14 and 17 to see It. Some parents took a kid that needed not one but two booster seats. Maybe 6 yrs old. A lifetime of therapy imo.
i was not at all scared so my cool mom factor went up significantly. I even laughed at one point at which point both boys said "mom". The look of this clown is pretty frightening. I would give it 9/10, mostly because it really did not scared me at all. 🤡Last edited by lilo0003; Sun, Sep 24th, 2017 at 05:51 PM.

woo hoo!! The Kingsman ( The Golden Circle ) is a winner!! 10/10
The first Kingsman movie was very well done, and this one tops it!
Just can't say anything about it as it would be spoiling it....try to go see it asap!
Also, while at the show we saw a preview of a new flick I have heard absolutely nothing about. It is called " downsizing " , and despite having a very silly premise, the cast would make me want to see this! ( Matt Damon, Kristen Wiig, Jason Sudekis, Christoph Waltz....and many others ) Sure looks like a hoot of a film.

Lion. Slow going in the beginning but OMG i have not cried that much in years. It is such a beautiful story of family and of loss and triumph.
8/10.

Currently half way through Alien Covenant. I think that's about as far as I'm going to get. Another 0/10.

not a movie...just a pet peeve about actors/actresses that look and actually sound so much alike I can never remember who is who anymore!! Case in point....on the left is Isla Fisher, centre Amy Adams and on the right, Joanna Garcia Swisher.
I laughed once I looked up their IMDB profiles....they are all shortees! ( 5'3", 5'4" and 5'5" ), all born in the mid 70's )
As I was watching the Premiere episode of Kevin Probably Saves The World ( starring cutie pie Jason Ritter! ) I see Joanna Garcia Swisher plays his sister. So far seems like it may be a good series.
I did like Jason Ritter in Parenthood, also Joanna played Reba McIntyre's wayward daughter in the series Reba. That was another great show.
o.k. ranting over.

Just watched an older one I'd never seen before - Invincible with Mark Wahlberg 7.5/10
Now watching Moneyball for about the 4th or 5th time. I like this one a lot.

this morning I got an email offer from Bell...for being a good customer or something?? They gave us one free movie to rent for 48 hrs from the on demand thing. Woo hoo! ( it is less than $6.00 I think to rent, but still a nice gesture )
Everyone else here already saw Wonder Woman at the show, I was not up to going at that time...so I watched it in the comfort of my home just now!!
8/10
I fell for this flick totally at the very start with that adorable actress playing Wonder Woman as a child. Chris Pine was his usual smarmy self...lol. It was such a toss up, I wanted to watch Boss Baby too but the very low Rotten Tomatoes score settled that.

Good call @walkonby . For me, Boss Baby was just ok. I can't remember what I rated it but I'm just glad I didn't pay for it at the theatre. We haven't seen Wonder Woman yet. DH asks me almost daily if the DVD is in yet at the library
