I got spend $10 get 3000 pts on skin care.
Plus in the round of coupons, I got 4000 for maybelline and I think 3000 for Neutrogena.

Can anyone think of a way to maximize this offer? Does nail polish count for skin care too and if I spend $10, can I redeem pts for $10 too?

Skincare would be cleanser, toner, moisturizer, acne treatments (non prescription) etc

Nail polish comes under cosmetics but would not count for skincare (I tried makeup primer once and it didn't work either)

One of my offers this week was 3800pts for any Jamieson Vitamins, I purchased the Magnesium tablets ( drop in to water ) for $5.49 and it is accepted. ( Magnesium is a recommended supplement for us men)

I was pretty pleased with my offers this week.

3000 pts on $10 food and snacks - that will be awesome to stock up on milk mid week.
500 pts on 6-pack coke - used that one today as part of my $75 shop
$1.99 any cheerios - this one didn't work the last time I tried it (2 weeks ago). Tried it with the apple cinnamon and with the honey nut. debating if I should try again when I do the $10 food and snacks
800 degree deodorant
800 ivory dish detergent

Did my $75 shop today for the usual - milk, eggs, butter, pop, chips, crackers, popcorn. Activia yogurt on clearance for 50 cents. Also got a finish dishwasher detergent for the mir. subtotal: $75.08 pts earned 19750.

On another note: I picked up my prescription, and was told I couldn't pay with my gift card. I was floored! She said that's how she was trained. It was Shoppers policy. Anyone ever had that before?? Needless to say, I was so shocked she offered to ask a supervisor, and I said yes please, and supervisor said it was fine.

I bought the regular Cheerios (400g) two weeks ago and the $1.99 worked on it. I didn't try any others.

So Friday I had 8000 on food and snacks....redeemed 2200points and right aways it popped up on till that my loaded coupon would not work if I redeemed the points....decided to redeem points anyways but no points

If that happens again, show them the back of the card where is says 'treat this card like cash'.

They can get away with it in certain provinces because you do get points on SDM GCs and laws state you can not get any points / free with purchase type deals on prescriptions. My local store always say it and the pharmacist (owner) says every time she will let me away with it this once

no Monday offers and DH has the three crap offers. I have OK ones, but I am on a spending diet this month so I am hoping I just get mediocre offers because I can't resist the temptation.
