Did a shop this morning after loading my coupons and points did not show up. Called the 800 number and they can't see them either so was told to call back on Monday to check on missing points. Urg!!

Ok so I'm still trying to figure out the best way to do some of these shopping trips so any suggestions are much appreciated!
i got an offer for 4000pts wus $30 on diapers or formula. I assume I won't get 20x the points if I spend $50 plus the 4000 right? I think I tried this a few weeks ago and it didn't work. But do you get 20x on VIB coupons?
I was thinking of getting:
pampers $21.99 +3000 VIB pts
similac formula $13.99 -$5 coupon
So I should get 3359 pts (if I'm calculating right?) + 4000= 7359
or if I just forget the 4000pts offer and include these items in my $50 shopping, the items will net me 359pts x 20 = 7180 plus the 3000 VIB. Am I calculating this right? I really want to maximize my points and you guys are the experts!!!
ETA: just checked my offers and for example I got 600pts on Maynard's candy. So would I get 20x on a bag of candy that is $3.49 and then the 600? Or do you just collect the base points for the candy (30 pts) and get the 600 as well?

no you wont get 20x and 4000 points offer together. if you buy only the items you have listed you will get 4000 pts(4000/$30) and 3000 VIP = 7000.
if you add in extra items if you spend $50 you will get 10,000 points for 20X and 3000 points for VIB plus points for any other small item offers you have loaded like the maynards. you won't get 20x on the vip coupon.

I have an offer of 15x points on any nexxus shampoo or conditioner. I want to buy it combined with my 20x shop but first i want to know if anyone on our sdm forum has used nexxus shampoo? How is it as compared to other shampoos? Is it worth spending $12-$14 on one bottle?
