I didn't receive any this week either, 2 weeks ago I didn't get any either...I thought it was a mistake the first time, so I emailed SDM They never responded then I received them last week so I thought everything was good, then this week nothing!! I'm with momi I'm not going to buy anything this week but if I need milk or eggs I won't use my optimum card..so it will look like I didn't shop there!! I know it probably doesn't make a difference to them, but if everyone did it for a week it would!!

Happy I am not alone in no offers, got great ones last week I could not use was worried since I did not use any last week that is why I did not get any this week.

I did not receive emailed personal offers this week but did get some in snail mail. All coupons were bonus points for items that we buy.

It's 12pm Saturday, and still no offers.

I was so looking forward to a bout of shopping after work this afternoon. It's still a 18500 bonus point day, but but but...

p.s. If I remember correctly I don't think I got last weeks offer until mid morning last Saturday.

In the past when there was no Friday email with multiple personalized coupons, there would be one "big" personalized offer for the weekend. I think that email would come on a Thursday. This week, nothing at all. It is unusual.

A number of people have asked what's up on Shopper's Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/shoppersdrugmart and SDM has replied at least twice:

"There is no set schedule for our promotions and offers, sometimes there may be periods when there isn't an event."

So there you go, nothing going on this week.

I hope not...but if they did, I would have no problem dropping them. Pharmacy prices are usually more expensive, even when it comes to sale prices.

An "event" in SDM-speak is a spend-your-points weekend or 20x wus $50. This weekend there actually is an "event" -- 18,500 wus $75. The Friday personalized coupons are not an "event" (although they may feel like one).

The personalized email also contains the flyer, so I am surprised that they did not email that either.
