We need a thread that says what works with what coupon.
Shopping buddy just got an email stating he would receive 4000bp instead of a $4.99+tax refund on BOGO offer that didn't work.
I will be watching other SC members before making my shopping list now.

I'm watching too, haven't shopped yet this week. Problem with a list is they are fixing things as they find them. It seems based on this thread, there are as many errors in our favour as not.

That's frustrating! Almost everyone is having problems with these coupons. I believe we can see if our dollar off coupons are working or not before paying for our transaction but how can we make sure that our bonus pts coupons have worked in our transaction or not?

I have this same 1700 pts on any refrigerted juice (1L and above) and i was thinking about buying oasisjuice but now i am not sure......

If you know your pcid codes, can we not see them on the screen after they hit subtotal? I know they are on the receipt but not sure about the cashier's computer screen but would think they should be there. I will look or ask when I shop next.

Thank you Momi. So we have cashier check for the codes before we pay, if they aren't there, either don't buy the product or contact Shoppers and hope for the best.

Personally, I see a few suspended transactions in my future, while I go get something else to buy.

I've been reading this thread and would like some help please. I loaded the offer for Listerine mouthwash 3400 points. Limit 4. It's currently on sale $3.99. If I buy 4 bottles in 1 transaction and would I get 4 times 3400 points?

I had the Listerine offer too but I purchased the travel size for $2.49 and got the 3400 pts. Not sure if you get it 4X wub 4 tho but my points did show up right away on the receipt.

Also had the Olay offer this week for 4000 pts. Purchased this but did not get the pts right away. Had to call and was awarded the points. Think this one might be a glitchy one like the juice. Ooh the joys of trial and error.

@Purdee - there are 2 travel sizes - the green bottle was $2.49 and the pink bottle I think was $2.99. If you don't use the product but just want the points, then this is good. If you use the product, then it's on sale for $3.99 which is a better size and value for your money.

I had one offer on pampers for $21.99 and it wouldn't work. Was scanning at $34.99. Seriously who would pay that for that small box of diapers??? I told the cashier I had the digital offer and he suggested printing the offers instead which I don't think is possible anymore is it? I also had an offer for 900 pts on milk which did work. Hopefully next week is better.

What is the Olay Firming Cream? Don't think I've seen that one.... have to admit Momi that you are very lucky in how you get Olay offers and they line up with sales/CO51/Coupons etc to get them free.... I've received that olay offer - the $8 off one - twice --- the last time it did line up with a 25% off sale and CO51 --- but that's once in a year that it all lined up --- Still feel very fortunate to get so many great products for free -- and appreciate all the tips from all of you!

One of the offers I got last weekend was 10x pts on Face Lotion or Cream .... so in my shop I did buy an Olay "Cleanser" .... no extra points were added .... My total came to just over $30 and I decided to redeem points --- so question is - should this product have counted for the 10x pts - it would have been 1000pts so no big deal either way - just curious whether it would have worked if I wasn't redeeming - or whether the product wasn't recognized as a "face lotion/cream" ..... I'm thinking it's the "redeem points" that made the 10x invalid.... I did have other point offers - 2000 on coffee and 1000 on juice - and they both worked fine....

Baby steps to learning this new system....
