    Got a lot of great stuff for a Canada Day picnic. All from Freshco at current sale prices. No PMs.


    - Dempsters English Muffins $1.69 - 50 cent off from Walmart mag (expires June 30)
    - Mastro deli meat $2
    - Sliced cheese -SCOP worth $2.50ish
    - Iogo zip yogurt tubes $1 - 0.75 cents off any Iogo = 25 cents (8 yogurt tubes for 25 cents woot!!)
    - Fresh Express croutons $1.99 - 25 cents Snapsaves. (Pairs well with the 99 cent Compliments bagged salad I got on Wednesday)
    - Some produce, including 25 cents back from Checkout 51 on apples
    - Cheetos $2
    - Gay Lea Spreadables -$1 Save.ca coupon - $1 Snapsaves = free
    - Summerfresh single serve hummus and crackers $1 (love these)

    SDM: eggs $1.99 (we will make egg breakfast sandwiches for the picnic)

    There you have it:

    Sandwiches, salad, fruit, yogurt dessert and snacks for Canada Day for a total of $13ish.

    Best part of the brag, I resisted ice cream! Smarties and Rolo ice creams at just $1. Nice sized carton. About the same as a Haagen Dasz.

    Great brag. It's an accomplishment to put together a picnic for so less.

    And resisting ice cream is really hard so that's definitely the best part. I resisted buying some this morning as well since my freezer is fully stocked with chicken pastries/spring rolls etc since Ramadan is starting in a day or two.
