I love Shoppers! promos and coupons extravaganza

Went to Shoppers today to use up some mailed coupons and emailed coupons and manufacturer coupons and hopefully get the gift cards as well.

transaction 1 using DH card
4 x purex @ $5.99 - $5 mailed coupon ( worked on multiples yahoo! would have bought more but have a bit of laundry detergent already)
2 Lindt chocolate bars on sale for 2/$5 and used mailed bogo coupon

total with tax came to $7 and change.

Transaction 2 using my card.

3 klondike ice cream sandwiches - 2@ $3.99 and 1 at $4.49 - 3 $1 coupons... figured i better buy a couple of boxes as DH went to variety store yesterday and bought a single sandwich for $2.49! Yikes)
2 6 pks of Coke zero - used coupon and got 2400 points
2 Bertolli olive oil @ $3.99 - 2 $1 coupons
2 x atkins bars $8.99 ( i know expensive but I am diabetic so I sometimes have them for a low carb treat. - 2 $1 coupons
1 x wine vinegar $1.49
2 x mixed nuts @ $13.99 - $1 email coupon
2 x mixed nuts @ $2.69 ( reg $4.99) plus i had a mail out coupon for 20x the points when you buy nuts so 6080 points.
1 omega eggs $1.99 with email coupon $1.99 for any eggs (reg price $3.99)
3 cans simply foods albacore tuna 3/$5

Total came to $77.37 before tax, but got 9820 points, plus used mailed out coupon for 18,500 points wys $75 (should show up August 4th) and got the gift cards as well. All in all I spent a bit but it is for things we will use and should end up with 28,000 or so points plus $20 in gift cards.

Good for you..... I wish I'd had that 18500 pts WUS 75$ one for the shop this weekend too - but alas I didn't receive any personalized offers this week and haven't received any mailed ones either...it's not as much fun when you don't have your own special offers Would love that Purex one too ....
