I think this is a dumb idea on their part. Why would they show us the offers that are not available to everyone? If I am not getting that offer, why do I need to know that it exists?
So I can be annoyed that I didn't get it?
So I can plan shops thinking I will get that offer, and then have to take it off my shopping list? That's like sticking a carrot in front of a horse and then taking it away.

They are trying to pass it off as providing content to blogs, but it will really just annoy blog readers who plan shops and then have to revise them

Hope they toss this idea fast.

I'd much prefer a positive surprise in my offers (wow, a great one I didn't know about!) than a negative one (sucks, why didn't I get this offer that they posted about?)

I agree with torontogal12. Why do I want to see an offer that I can't use? That's dumb IMO.

It is taunting and rude actually.. "YOU can save money on this!.. but you wont, but you get the idea of Checkout51 right?" I'd rather have them surprise members individually with their own offers privately.. this is so stupid, especially if I'll be making lists.

I know a few ppl posted on FB that they no longer check it because so many offers sell out immediately and they cant get them bc they work midweek - maybe a ploy to get them to check them more often
